***PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING***

This is a sublimation transfer ONLY. These transfers are to be used with a mug press or an oven with appropriate mug wrap equipment. The blank mugs MUST be made for sublimation purposes. Using any other type of mug will not work.

Sublimation transfers are sized for 11oz or 15oz mugs.
The 11oz transfer is 8.3 x 3.75 inches (21.08 x 9.53 cm)
The 15oz transfer is 8.78 x 4.25 inches (22.3 x 10.8 cm)

All mug transfers are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted. You are agreeing when purchasing these transfers that you will be using the correct equipment for sublimation, have fully read the instructions and understand that application errors are the responsibility of the buyer.

Learning how to sublimate can have a learning curve to get the best results. YouTube is a great place to watch and learn how the process works. There are also Facebook groups dedicated to sublimation.

Below is my process for sublimating mugs. I have sublimated thousands of mugs with great success, but every mug press and oven can vary so as I mentioned there can be a learning curve to dial in the best results.

**Please note I use a George Knight Mug press, so results with your equipment, heat and time settings may vary.**

Heat mug press to 400F/205C
Set time for 5min/300 seconds.
Place a piece of letter size paper in the press to protect press.
Wrap mug with transfer and tape down with Teflon high temperature tape.
Place mug in press with firm pressure.
After 5 minutes remove mug and place in front of high-speed fan to fast cool mug. Do not remove transfer until mug is cooled.

*I do not recommend cooling in warm water as a hot mug may develop micro cracks.
*I leave the transfer on during the cooling process as hot ink may spread/blur on mug with direct air flow contact.
