Returns and Exchanges

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED?

Items that are unworn and unused, can be exchanged for another item.

Please send unused/unworn item with the following instructions to:

Please include a note with the following information.

  • The item order number
  • Name and email address of the person who purchased.
  • The item name and the size of the item you want in exchange.
  • The address you would like the exchanged item shipped to.
Exchange re-shipping fees are:
  • Canada $5, plus $1 for each additional item.
  • USA $8, plus $1 for each additional item.
  • International $17, plus $3 for each additional item.

Items are exchanged on an item per item basis, items must be exchanged for the same type of item. (Eg. mug for mug, shirt for shirt) no matter what the price was and how much they are on the website now.

You the customer pay the return shipping fees to us.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?

You can return an unused/unworn item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus any shipping fees that were paid. (Eg. If you paid $19.95 for an item with free shipping, the refund would be $19.95. If you paid $19.95 and shipping was $5, the refund would be $19.95)

You are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • The item order number with the statement “refund requested” written on in it.
  • Name and email address of the person who purchased.

Upon receipt of item, we will refund to the credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase. We will not refund to a different account and we will not send cash refunds.

WRONG ITEM SENT / I WAS SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM.
